But you can rest assured with Father & Son, because we carry our own insurance policy on each one of our highly skilled craftsmen. In addition each tradesperson working on your home also carries their own Workman's Compensation & Liability Insurance... So, you never need to worry about any unfortunate mishap or accident.

Here's proof... that will give you peace of mind.

FHA Loans – This loan is available to homeowners that don't have a lot of equity. Typically a homeowner can borrow up to $25,000.00 through this program.

Refinancing/Loan Consolidation – Homeowners can take their existing mortgage and roll it in with their home improvement loan to create one low payment with possible tax deductible interest. Also, this loan will allow for bill consolidation (i.e. credit cards)

First Mortgage – For a home that is free and clear, we can get you rates comparable to local banks. Debts can also be consolidated with this loan.

Home Improvement Loan – LOANS FROM $1,000.00 - $30,000.00 based upon the equity. Available from 1-15 years.
