My husband has, I am sure, returned the reply card to you already, but I
wanted to simply take a moment to speak for myself. We have had one major and
several minor projects completed by Father & Son and each one has been an
outstanding example of how the world should work. Darrin Lamphier, your
salesman, is always willing to come view a site and he is extremely patient and
answers numerous, simple to him I am sure, questions, carefully and politely.
For each job, our Project manager, John, has been prompt and efficient in coming
to see the site and give us a time line. It Is difficult to find enough
praise worthy words to describe the efficiency, ability, politeness, and skill
of the workmen who come. They work quickly and clean up immediately.

You recently completed work on an upstairs in our house, and we would like to thank all of you at Father & Son for an excellent job. It was more than simply remodeling; you created a bathroom in an unfinished area of our upstairs. All of the workers involved, from plumbers to electricians to painters, were on time, courteous, and conscientious. The end result is a room that is, for all practical purposes, perfect. Our thanks also goes to John Raya, who supervised the job and kept things running smoothly. We would recommend the high quality of your work to any potential customer.

Thank you for coming out to our house. Your information was very helpful to us. In addition, thank you for taking the extra time to draw some sketches of the proposed project.
Although, very convincing, we have decided to wait another year on our project. Our intention is to stay on one level so we must go back to the drawing board. The reply card was just too small to give a detailed response, so I have taken the time to write a note. First, we are really very pleased with the results of our room addition. It matches our house perfectly inside and out, which is what we wanted. We were very pleased with the time and patient answers to our question from your salesperson, John Keenan. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with us. He is an asset to your company. Also, with Vince DiClemente. He was always responsive and easy to reach with any problem or concern we had. This was important when we had contractors going in and out on a daily basis. The project did take a little longer than we thought. This was probably due to unforeseen delays, etc. As a Telecommunications Tech myself, I have worked with contractors in the trades before and understand that things come up. All the contractors were good to work with. Two were outstanding and deserve mention: Bob (rough carpenter) and Scott (finish carpenter). They also took time to help us with questions, concerns, etc. The drywallers were also very skilled in their work. The only one we had any trouble with was the heating man, who cut the hole in our floor. This caused concern to us and the inspector who came out later. All things considered, we are pleased the the results and would recommend Father and Son to our friends and family.
